Being crammed in a small house was not fun. We moved into our house six years ago and it was the perfect home until we had twins. Two additional children made the place seem really small and we could not afford to move. We turned to a home remodeling expert for help.

One of their experts inspected my home to determine how much work would be needed. The expert made some excellent suggestions and we put together a list of all the changes that were needed to make the house more comfortable and roomy.
I got a detailed quote in writing from the home remodeling company. The first quote was more than I could afford so we went over the entire project again and looked for ways to save money. We focused more on practical changes rather than design. The second quote was exactly what I had planned to spend on this project.
The remodeling experts worked hard and completely the project in two weeks including a beautiful screen room that was a great addition to our home.
We basically redesigned the layout of the house to have a larger living room and added a wall to our largest bedroom to turn it into two smaller bedrooms for the children. Our new home is a lot more comfortable and we do not feel like we need more space.
Turning to a team of experts was the right thing to do. I had a few ideas to improve our home but the experts made some great suggestions and the results are even better than what I had imagined. Besides, there is no way I could have transformed my home in two weeks. I do not regret this investment since we are now more comfortable and the value of our home went up. I do not think we will be selling it anytime soon but it is good to know we can get a return on our investment once we decide to sell the house.
