Victorian Home Remodeling And Updating

My husband and I had been saving up to remodel the home we bought about five years ago. When we bought the home we knew it was a "fixer-upper", and we decided to save our money for five years instead of taking out a loan to fix it up. We were completely in love with the property, and the bones of the home. It was an old Victorian, and we loved the old, antique feel of the place. The yard was huge on three acres covered on fruit trees and with more than enough room for the English Garden I had always dreamed about.
