The kitchen isn't much better. While we have updated the appliances over the years, the whole layout is terrible, and the cabinets are so old that the hinges are starting to rust. They make this squeaking sound every time we open and close them. Same problem with the tiles here as in the bathroom. We would like to replace it with nice linoleum.
